Warranty Policy

At Tools Cache, we stand behind the products we sell. This Warranty Policy outlines your rights in the event a subscribed tool experiences an issue during your warranty period.

1. Warranty Coverage

Each product sold by Tools Cache comes with a specified warranty period, which is clearly stated on the product page. Warranty coverage is either Replacement, Refund, or both — as indicated per product. All warranty claims must be reported promptly via WhatsApp to be eligible for coverage.

2. Replacement Warranty

2.1 Replacement Limit

Tools Cache provides up to three (3) replacement instances per subscription. In the interest of delivering a reliable service, we are unable to extend coverage beyond this threshold. Customers are encouraged to report issues at the earliest opportunity to make the most of their replacement entitlement.

2.2 Tool Availability

Replacement is subject to the availability of the same tool in the market. In the event that the subscribed tool is temporarily or permanently unavailable from our supply chain, Tools Cache will offer an alternative tool of equivalent or comparable value, calculated on a pro-rata basis relative to the remaining warranty period.

Example: If a customer has subscribed to ChatGPT Plus for 3 months at PKR 4,500 and the service becomes unavailable, an alternative such as Claude Pro — which carries a higher per-month market value — may be offered. In such cases, the subscription duration of the alternative tool will be adjusted proportionally to match the original payment value, unless the customer opts to pay the difference to maintain the same duration.

2.3 Reporting Requirement

All replacement claims are calculated from the date the customer reports the issue to Tools Cache via WhatsApp, not from the date the issue first occurred. Tools Cache cannot be held responsible for usage loss incurred prior to the date of reporting. Customers are therefore strongly advised to notify us immediately upon discovering any service disruption.

3. Refund Warranty

3.1 Refund Basis

Where a refund warranty applies, refunds are calculated based on the remaining warranty days at the time of reporting — not the full subscription duration.

Example: A customer purchases a Canva Pro Lifetime plan with a 1-year (12-month) warranty at PKR 1,200. If the service becomes unavailable after 10 months and the customer reports it with 2 months of warranty remaining, the refund will be calculated on the basis of those 2 remaining warranty months only.

3.2 Processing Fee

A non-refundable processing and settlement fee of 10% applies to all refund transactions. This fee covers administrative, tax, and payment processing costs and is deducted from the refund amount at the time of settlement.

Example: On a PKR 1,000 transaction, PKR 100 (10%) is non-refundable. The maximum refundable amount is PKR 900, prorated further based on remaining warranty days.

3.3 Reporting Requirement

As with replacement claims, refunds are calculated from the date the issue is reported to Tools Cache via WhatsApp. Issues reported after a delay will be settled from the date of reporting only. Prompt reporting ensures you receive the full benefit of your warranty entitlement.

4. General Conditions

  • Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorised sharing of credentials, or violations of the original software provider's terms of service.
  • Tools Cache reserves the right to assess each warranty claim on a case-by-case basis.
  • Warranty terms are subject to change. The policy in effect at the time of purchase applies to that specific transaction.
